CPU Scrap Supplier for Europe: Export from the UK
European refiners and recyclers buy CPU scrap for precious-metal recovery. We export from the UK to buyers in the EU, EEA and Switzerland, subject to a buyer, route and waste-shipment review.
What we supply to European buyers
Four grades, sold by weight and described by form, inclusions and exclusions:
- Ceramic CPU scrap (whole ceramic-package processors)
- Gold-plated CPU pins (loose, separated from processors)
- Fiber CPU scrap (fiberglass-substrate processors)
- Mixed CPU scrap (blended lots, described per lot)
EU and UK waste-shipment rules
Shipments of waste between the UK and EU countries are controlled. Depending on how the material is classified, a shipment may need prior written notification and consent from the authorities involved, or may travel with an information document and a contract between the parties. The EU's Waste Shipment Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/1157, which applies from May 2026), the UK's transfrontier shipment rules and the Basel and OECD frameworks are the usual starting points.
We assess the classification of each lot and the receiving facility's authorisation before a quotation is approved. We do not treat any country as automatically eligible.
Shipping to Europe
Loads normally move by road or by sea from the UK, in sealed drums or cartons packed by weight. Commercial invoice, packing list and the transport document (for example a CMR consignment note for road, or a bill of lading for sea) are prepared with the carrier for each shipment, together with any waste-shipment paperwork the classification requires.
Delivery terms use Incoterms® 2020 with a named place, and quotations can be issued in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars.

Send a quote request with the grade, approximate quantity and your destination. We review the buyer and the route first, then prepare a numbered quotation (PDF) with Incoterms® 2020 delivery terms and a validity date. Submitting a request is not an order and does not approve any shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Do you export CPU scrap from the UK to the EU?
We enquire and quote for EU, EEA and Swiss buyers, subject to waste-shipment rules that depend on how each lot is classified. Approval is decided case by case.
Do you need my facility's authorisation?
Yes. We ask for the permits or licences of the receiving facility during buyer review.
Can I pay and be invoiced in euros?
Quotations can be issued in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars. The currency is stated on each quotation.
