Electronic scrap is regulated differently in each country. We review every request individually.
What happens after you submit a request
- We confirm your business identity and receiving facility.
- We review the destination, transit route and the applicable export and import requirements for the material.
- A quote is prepared and sent only after internal approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a quote or a shipment.
No assumed eligibility
We do not treat any country as automatically eligible. Rules that may apply include international agreements on the movement of waste (such as the Basel Convention), the law of the exporting country (for shipments from the UK or the USA), the rules of the importing country and any transit countries, export filing and customs classification. Each is assessed for the specific material and route.

Delivery terms
Delivery terms are stated in the quote using Incoterms 2020 with a named place. Freight is shown only when it is available. Buyer-arranged freight does not remove the need for the review described above.
