Ceramic CPU scrap consists of processors built in a ceramic package, typically older-generation pin-grid-array parts. The body is ceramic, the underside carries rows of pins, and many parts have a metal lid.
Refiners and recyclers value this material for the metal plating on pins, lids and internal contacts. The amount of recoverable metal differs by processor family and by lot, which is why no yield figure is published without a documented assay.
Lots are described by visual grade and sold by weight. Composition and condition are described per lot during review rather than promised in advance.
Packed by weight in sealed drums or cartons. The exact packaging is confirmed in the quotation.
There is no list price for ceramic CPU scrap. Prices move with the market and the lot, so every quotation is prepared individually after we review your business and destination.
A quotation is not an order and does not by itself authorise any shipment. Export and import permissions are reviewed case by case.
